7th Annual Buddy Walk
BEAUTIFUL, CAPABLE, LOVEABLE
We, the family of Madison Beckett, are pleased to announce that we will be participating the the 7th Annual Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome, in Lexington, KY sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Central KY (DSACK). DSACK was a huge help to us when Madison was born. The purpose of the walk is to promote acceptance & inclusion of those with Down syndrome. DSACK gets 70% of the funds and uses it for getting information to new families, camps, conferences, assistance to families in time of crisis, provide educational materials, & social events for individuals with Down Syndrome. The other 30% goes to the National Down Syndrome Society which uses it for education and research. Please support Mattie in the walk. Any size donation is accepted. You don't have to attend to be a part of her team. Anyone who attends will get a Buddy Walk t-shirt. Also available on ebay are Marching for Mattie t-shirts. $2 of each shirt sold goes to the Buddy Walk.
